Carsten Faerge

Mr. Carsten Faerge is a Senior Advisor at Arcis Capital Partners and its affiliates, and is based in Copenhagen, Denmark.

Mr. Faerge is Founder and CEO of the CompanyCapital – aimed at connecting companies in Scandinavia with international investors as well as provides advisory services in the area of business development and growth.

Over the years, Mr. Faerge has held several CEO positions in various industries in Denmark and abroad. He Co-founded Kapitalborsen, one of the only post-financial melt-down financial service companies in Scandinavia assisting Small and Medium Enterprises raise more than USD85M funding.

He held key position with Chrysler Corp. HQ in Brussels with responsibility for 7 European private import companies in the UK, Norway, Finland, Sweden, Greece, Portugal and Spain. Sales were increased to over 110.000 units. Consequently, Ford Motor Company distressed in Europe gave Carsten a mission in Norway to make the NSC profitable and increase in dealer satisfaction (He achieved to come from last to second place within 12 months). He also served as COO at three companies to prepare them to list on Nasdaq First North.

Mr. Faerge speaks several languages and has spent 7 years living in Gothenburg, Stockholm, Oslo and Brussels as an ex-pat and has conducted operational business with companies spanning from Seoul, Shanghai and Sao Paulo to Madrid. He enjoys reading, visiting historic sites and cities, wine and good food and spends time with wife Mette in their windmill west of Copenhagen dating back to 1887. Both are devoted to animal protection and have for years supported a veterinarian clinic in Progresso, Mexico as well as the WWF.
