Elaine Jin is the Principal at Arcis Capital Partners and Arcis Capital Investment Advisors, its affiliated RIA. She is based in New York City.
Elaine is an investment professional with more than 10 years’ experience in the financial industry and is familiar with deal screening, identification, execution and exit.
Before joining Arcis, Elaine was a Senior Investment Manager at China Communications Construction Company International Holdings Limited (CCCI), a major investing and financing platform in Hong Kong for overseas business. At CCCI, Elaine was involved in more than US$1 billion acquisitions and investment opportunities. Additionally, Elaine was in charge of managing CCCI’s investment as an LP in the China ASEAN Fund, a US$1 billion offshore quasi-sovereign equity fund, covering infrastructure, energy, and natural resources industries.
Previously, Elaine worked at PwC Consulting where she served numerous multinationals in real estate, energy, renewable energy, medical device, financial services, and mining & metals etc.
Elaine holds MBA degree from Rutgers, the State University of New Jersey, MSc. in Economics from Hong Kong University of Science and Technology, and Bachelor degree in Finance (with a second degree in Law) from Nanjing University, China.
